After being inspired by a female lead in “Broadcast News”, Ms. Cho worked as a TV PD for 18 years. Because of her successful time as a PD at MBN , she was recruited to SBS newsroom.
She’s also served as a lead PD for Seoul Digital Forum. After working as an employee for 18 years, she didn’t find her job fulfilling and thus created a startup that’s been operating for 10 years. After experiencing diverse experiences as a CEO, she started to consider what are required for happiness of employees. She’s studied the secrets of happy workplaces for the past year.
