They say, "Company is one thing, I am another!" People are seeking jobs that they can live on while doing they like to do. If their job is not such kind, they actively pursue joys outside of the company more than ever before.
They say, "I want to do a lot of other things without relation to work .", "I want to live abroad for a year," and "I want to leave the company and do something new I haven't done before."
Even with the investment of time and cost, retaining talent is a kind of mission impossible, which makes it more and more difficult for companies to keep technological excellency and corporate culture.
