Biographies
Dr. Bae is at the forefront of entrepreneurship education at Korea University Business School’s Executive Education Center. She has been studying and lecturing on changes of working style in the 4th Industrial Revolution era, leadership, strategy implementation, value management, and system management. As the director of IGM Global Management Institute, she oversaw overall education program including the CEO program. When she was a professor at KAIST's Executive Director, she posted a management program on the Financial Times ranking for the first time in Korea. She set up a career development center at Ewha Womans University, served as the first vice president, and was in charge of education and HR for oversea’s personnel at IBM Korea.
She studied at Ewha Womans University and received a master's/doctor's degree in business administration from Korea University. Her books include the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, how to work, knowledge, learning and innovation.
