Prior to Polaris Advisor, Leekyung Han was in charge of restructuring, development, opening and operating The Living Room by Octave, the HOLISTIC URBAN WELLNESS CENTER in Shanghai and Sangha Retreat By Octave, China's first HOLISTIC WELLNESS RETREAT as the head of Real Estate at Octave. Holistic Wellness Retreat is a new concept of integrated mixed-use community with hotels. It is an integrated platform to support people to live their life full of happiness. Combining the eastern philosophy and western science, the curated healing program seeks for wellbeing of mind, body and spirit. Mindfulness attitude is an essence to create the space and content in the space.

Since 1998, she had led commercial, hotel and resort development projects in the United States, the U.A.E., Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, China, Japan, and South Korea as an architect and a real estate developer. She earned a bachelor's degree in architecture from the University of Michigan, a master's degree in architecture from Harvard University and a master's degree in real estate development from USC.
