Growing Mom is a On/Off service company specializing in Mom education. The company has devised it’s own way of working and work hour system as its staffs consist of people who think highly of the value of balance between the life as a parent and as a worker. Growing Mom reflects the clients’ needs for balanced life as parents on its contents and provides service keeping close communication with clients. Regardless of the word ‘Mom’ in the company name, it does not cling to hire female staffs only. It operates working system on its own way realizing its staffs’ common value. Staffs come to the office only 2~3 times a week, leave work at 3~4PM to receive their children coming from preschools. It makes flexitime possible to utilize online systems with various work tools. At the end of June, Growing Mon was the final winning team at ‘Social Impact Project’ supporting social venture companies operated by GS Shop. By wining the prize, Growing Mom also acquired the opportunity to provide a Mom Counseling Service to GS Shop employees. Growing Mom is a living model of company that actively identifies staffs’ needs and characteristics and figures out the way fulfilling the requirements to create value for the better world.
