In 2012, he founded ‘SMART SOCIAL’, a social company after he had become keenly aware that the young generation seriously suffers from the difficulty in job seeking through his nation-wide speech experiences. He is focusing on figuring out the difficulty that job seekers are facing to by utilizing big data and AI(artificial intelligence) for building the society where everyone has job that best suits themselves. He says, “We are trying to create an environment where capacity-based resume can replace result-based one in order to help job seekers to get jobs. Our final goal is solving job mismatch issue between less educated youngsters and small & medium-sized businesses located in the provinces and recovering the severance of experience and career so that connection can be made between current and next generation.”
